How does development work?
We map the process, define the role and acceptance criteria, configure the tools and test both the requests that should trigger the agent and those that should not. Before launch you can review what the agent does and when it must stop.
People stay in control
An agent does not have to make decisions that belong to your team. We add approval steps where someone must assess an exception, approve a customer-facing reply or authorise a change in a system.
How do we measure the result?
We agree on measures before building: correct trigger rate, output quality, manual corrections, process time or handled volume. We do not promise a result in advance; we define how to test it.
