Scheduled AI agents and subagents for companies

We set up AI workflows that start on a schedule or event, divide work between agents and subagents, and route important decisions to a person for approval.

01

What is a scheduled AI agent?

A scheduled agent starts work at an agreed time, such as every Monday or on the last day of the month. An event-driven agent starts when an email, document, form response, webhook or system status change arrives.

02

How do subagents work together?

A lead agent divides a larger task into clear parts: one subagent gathers data, another prepares the output and a third reviews it. Each role receives only the input and tools it needs and hands its result to the next stage.

03

Example 1: weekly sales summary

Input: CRM deals, order status and agreed measures. Steps: a schedule starts data collection, a subagent checks missing records and a writer formats the summary. Result: a sourced draft reaches the sales lead for review.

04

Example 2: processing a new document

Input: a contract, invoice or application added to an agreed folder. Steps: an agent identifies the document type, a subagent checks required fields and rules, and the workflow flags exceptions. Result: a structured review report reaches the owner, who decides on exceptions.

05

Example 3: a multi-agent customer inquiry

Input: a customer inquiry received by email or form. Steps: one agent classifies it, a researcher finds approved sources, a writer prepares a draft and a reviewer checks it. Result: a sourced response draft waits for employee approval.

06

What happens when data is missing or a step fails?

The workflow does not have to invent missing information. We configure retries, error notifications, budget limits and rules that stop the work or ask a person for help. The state and decisions of every run remain reviewable.

07

Which tools can it connect to?

With suitable access, a workflow can use a CRM, ERP, email, documents, cloud drives, spreadsheets, databases and APIs. Before building, we review permissions, data flows and actions that require human approval.

08

How are implementation and price determined?

We map one recurring task, its trigger, roles and measures, then start with a fixed-scope pilot. Price and schedule depend on the number of stages, integrations, tests and exceptions and are confirmed before work begins.
